I've changed my weigh in day to suit one of the challenges Im in and I lost 1lb so now at 127 wooooooo 1lb away from my original goal0

well my eating has gotten way out of control the past few weeks, and the past few days i've gone back into the 6,000 calories plus per day. so i am happy that i am still at 144 this week and end the challenge one pound less than my goal. reving up to start anew...soon! ha!0

GOAL! I was down to the wire getting to my goal, but I did it!
Beckdubs, Newmeat - LOVE the pictures! You're both looking great. And as others have said, congrats to everybody who finished this challenge. Coming back week after week and holding yourself accountable over a long challenge like this is no small feat.
I had my body composition tested at the gym today so I can compare it to the end of our next challenge. I'm at a BMI of 26.5 down from 31.4 at the beginning of the challenge and 36.6 at the beginning of the year. I'm at 29% body fat down from 43% in January (didn't have it tested at the beginning of this challenge).
I'm a happy camper right now.0 -
Well I gained this week putting me at an official ending weight of 287.0. Less than a pound up from last week but I am not happy about it. I can't figure out why because I have been under my calorie goal every day.
On the bright side, I am still 3 lbs lower than my goal for the challenge, giving me a total loss of 25.7 lbs and I am ECSTATIC about that. I can't wait for the next challenge to start!
I didn't take before pictures at the start of the challenge, but I have taken one now for the start of this one. I have been keeping track of measurements though and here are those changes:
Waist (measured at navel) 54 to 49
Hips 48 to 46
Chest 51 to 48
Thighs 30 to 28
Total loss of 12 inches in 12 weeks

I lost .4 pounds. I did not hit my challenge goal weight, but I'm going to blame it on 2 very stressful weeks. Enough excuses, I'm going to rock on the next challenge.

Time to come clean with my slip ups over the last few weeks. My final weight is 148.8. Still lost overall but put a couple back on :-(
I have already posted to the new challenge and am comitted to see it through and get rid of these last 15 pounds! My journey started a few years ago at my hw of 238 and while I am proud that I have maintained it Istill want to get to my true goal weight. This summer is the time!!!0 -

Ok, here are my progress pics for the 12 weeks. 10 lbs doesn't look dramatically different, but it sure does fit different in clothing. I am DREADING the weigh-in tomorrow. I've had no self control the last 2 days and I am expecting an major gain. Hopefully by Sunday I'll be "normal".

well I had a very difficult week. Started out at emerge Monday, they sent me for all these tests (ultrasound, CTscan, blood test, urine test...) to find out I have a mass on my left kidney which really hurt (like a stabbing in my left side). I had to wait till Thursday for them to tell me it's not cancer, which I am relieved but I will have to go for yearly ultrasounds to make sure it doesn't grow bigger than the 4cm it's at now. Because of the inflammation they put my on 2 antibiotics, which 1 of them I am allergic to, had a reaction and my throat swelled up! By then, I was discouraged and ate my stress away. I am weighing in with a gain this week...227 pounds.:sad: so I didn't make my goal. I can't wait to start over in the new challenge, I am going to get back on this weight loss journey and lose weight!0
