    I didn't get a chance to come online last night. Yesterday, I've done Supreme 90 Day, Day 34 Chest/Shoulders/Tri's and today is Day 35 rest day for me.

    Last night, Supreme 90 Day Day 40 Tabata Inferno. Tonight, Supreme 90 Day 41 Chest/Shoulders Tri's and tomorrow if The Lord says the same, Supreme 90 Day Day 42 Rest Day.

    I've deposited two exercises tonight: Supreme 90 Day Day 44 Cardio Challenge and Billy Blanks 30 Powr Round Thirty 1-minute Tae Bo Power Workouts. I love, love Tae Bo. It's my number one workout.

    Hi Cheshirechic, check out Supreme 90 Day website, www.supreme90day.com and click on sneak peek to see a clip of the exercises to see if that's something you want to commit to for 90 days.

    I think you will like it, if you are into boot camp, interval and circuit training workouts.

    Okay...today is day 2. I know you have me lapped by a month and a half, but I wanted to finish Ripped in 30 first. I was actually nervous to start this, but I think I'm ready. So far, I like the instructor, and the workouts seem doable.

    I'm also doing cardio...elliptical, power-walking, or pushing my girls in a double-stroller (don't laugh...it's 3 miles, WITH HILLS!) Are there any of the workouts I should plan to avoid doing the same day as the above?

    Jarrettd, my advice to you is see how much your body can bare in a day. Don't overwork yourself and by all means, on Supreme 90 Day Rest days, rest for all workouts. Rest days are important on a program and during regular workouts.

    Supreme 90 Ultimate Ball workout, Day 2. Bleah. Hated it. Hate the stupid ball and especially hate rolling off of it! Yuck and it's on the schedule twice this week. :(

    Okay, just did D3--Tabata Inferno and loved it! Challenging but in a good way (thank goodness, after that awful Ball workout that I couldn't get the hang of).

    Hey Bathsalts. Do yo u mean you have done Day 5 Shoulders/Arms? Rest days are counted as well.

    Tomorrow, if the Lord says the same, it will be Day 50 Total Body for me. Yes, I have done all 10 dvds. I don't really have a favorite as of yet. I feel that every dvd is special in it's own way.

    Yes, I meant Day 5 DVD, but it's Day 4 for me as I didn't take the rest day before Tabata Inferno. I may have to take my rest day tomorrow because I'll be pretty busy.

    Rest day for me today. Yesterday was Day 5...cardio challenge...WOW! I loved it! I'm impressed with all of them so far. I like that they are the same exercises that I am used to, just using them in a different way.

    I am planning on buying some more hand weights today. I only have up to 8lbs, and I don't feel challenged enough on some of the moves. And, my balance ball has been my daughters' Hippity Hop...time to get the real thing, I think!!

    I can already see a difference in my arms, shoulders, and tummy. I'm gonna be a beast by the time I finish this!! :-)

    Okay Bathsalts. Please make sure you take the rest days. They are important as well.

    Jarrettd, 8lb weights can make a person feel the burn. Some exercises you will not feel the burn with 8lb weights, but with some you will. Wait until you get to Back/Bi's and Chest/Shoulders Tri's.
