Vic you are great - I am going to recommend the groups to some friends who havent been in any challenges yet but who are doing a fab job
At the moment my current goal is to lose 2lbs until I am at my original goal BUT I still don't feel happy with myself and don't feel that 2lb will change that so I will be in the REDUCE/MAINTAIN group for now BUT I think I will end up aiming to lose more i just don't know what my goal will be (does that even make sense to anyone else?!?!?!) Ive set all the challenge goals at the same as well and will change accordingly as I see if I am losing as like I said I don't actually have a goal after the 126lbs just feeling good about myself

I'd like to join. I'm a little scared to join any challenge with people who weigh less than the amount I have left to lose (I am new, and pretty tentative still, so forgive me if that sounds bad) but I am definitely willing to try. I have been doing a pretty decent job on food so far, but I have been having a severe asthma issue since before I started MFP. It is VERY slowly resolving, but I really cannot do ANYthing that raises my heartbeat even the slightest bit. Is it ok if I join and start off with only doing food and not exercise? I promise to join in as soon as I can!

You are not alone. There are those of us that had an initial goal of loosing 100 lbs or more involved in this challenge. I will say this, the last 12 week challenge we did was one of the main reasons I was able to stay on track. Welcome to the group, I am sure it will help you as it has helped me!
