I make every effort to make sure members know where the thread is. Each week when I post a new thread I put a link to it on the OLD thread. So, you will be able to go the the "my topics" tab, see the last thread you posted on and follow the link to the new thread. Also, if you are one of my friends, it will come up as a status update on my new feeds. If for some reason you can't find it, just sent me a message....newmeat30 (aka "new me at 30")0 -

Yes please!! This is the perfect challenge for me - I'm planning to run a 12k race in 12 weeks, which goes from the city to the beach, so this challenge should help me keep on track with my weight loss which I work on my fitness and endurance.
