    Just letting you know that if you have posted so far, you are on my chart and are officially part of the Meat Me at the Beach challenge. Currently we have 55 members but I know several of my darlings from my last challenge will be joining us here so spaces will be filling up quickly.

    I've always wanted to joint a group that has these charts. Can I get in? I'm just always worried that I won't be able to find the current thread, usually threads go to second page after an hour! haha ... It's OK if I write you to ask for current link? Or do you post it as a Status update?

    I make every effort to make sure members know where the thread is. Each week when I post a new thread I put a link to it on the OLD thread. So, you will be able to go the the "my topics" tab, see the last thread you posted on and follow the link to the new thread. Also, if you are one of my friends, it will come up as a status update on my new feeds. :) If for some reason you can't find it, just sent me a message....newmeat30 (aka "new me at 30")

    Yes please!! This is the perfect challenge for me - I'm planning to run a 12k race in 12 weeks, which goes from the city to the beach, so this challenge should help me keep on track with my weight loss which I work on my fitness and endurance.
    I'll be looking for all of you on the beach on August 28, can you all get to Western Australia?

    Vic, I am in again! I need something the last month of the last challenge I have lost momentum! I need something to stir me up again!! I will weigh in in the morning! Looking forward to another 12 weeks with you! I am back to just this one challenge, so I can keep focused my my goal (I hope!! I need to get to that place again...)
