Tofu Shiratake noodles- use them as a substitute for pasta (20 calories per serving!!!)
and obviously every kind of fruit and veggie!
I eat extremely healthy. Since everything I eat is SO low in calories, I eat A LOT of it! and I usually never go over my 1,200 calories a day unless I worked out extra hard.0 -
