dannon natural plain fat free yogurt (100 cal. per cup)
Josephs flax, oat and wheat pita bread (only 60 calories per pita!!)
Laughing cow light spreadable cheese wedges (35 calories each)
Tofu Shiratake noodles- use them as a substitute for pasta (20 calories per serving!!!)
and obviously every kind of fruit and veggie!

I eat extremely healthy. Since everything I eat is SO low in calories, I eat A LOT of it! and I usually never go over my 1,200 calories a day unless I worked out extra hard.

Plain yoghurt (sometimes greek, sometimes not)
    Rice
    Eggs
    Steak
    Ice-cream and chocolate

Wow...I promise that I eat veggies every day! The veg always changes though, so nothing's really a staple. I like trying new things. :)

    Ground Turkey
    Fresh cabbage
    Eggs
    Whole wheat pasta
    Whole wheat bread

Is it strange that I eat raw cabbage like potato chips? I absolutely ADORE it. I have trouble cooking with it because I eat so much raw while I'm prepping!
