Kefir(I make it myself so really a combo of mik and kefir grains), bananas, flax seeds, and whey isolate. I have been doing a ton of shakes lately so those are my top 4. If I had to add a 5th it would be steak!! Yum!

    This is tough. I'd say:

    1. All-natural almonds
    2. Dried cherries

    ^^ For snacking

    3. Low-sodium/fat-free chicken broth (seriously it goes in everything)
    4. Fresh veggies (always stocked up, always something different)
    5. Water

What a weird top five, sorry.

sunflower seeds - use 'em to make vegan pate, throw them in salads, breakfast porridges, etc.

garlic - punch of flavour makes up for using less fat IMHO

    cayenne - same as garlic

cauliflower - use it instead of rice. I pulse it in the food processor and throw it in nori wraps to make 'sushi'

vegetable broth - throw a bunch of stuff into it and instant filling soup. The water fills me up and makes for a more substantial feeling meal.
