My weigh in on July 1 is 139.0 lbs. I would like to get to 130.0 by the end of the year! (Actually not for sure on the number, my goal had been 135 but I don't think I will look like I want to only 4 lbs from now, but if I build muscle, I may not make it down to 130).0

As no-one else has put one up... Here's a challenge from a different one I did earlier if you want.
Drink 10 glasses of water a day and have at least 4 different colors in your main meal of the day.0 -
Yay we have a challenge! I have 4 more glasses of water to go until I'm at 10 for the day. Lunch was my big meal today instead of dinner and it had red (tomatoes), orange ( carrots), green (lettuce), purple (cabbage), and brown (grilled chicken.).

I managed 11 glasses of water and did sweetcorn (yellow), potatos (white), cherry tomatoes (red), tuna (pink) and spring onion (green)0 -

I've have saturated myself on Sunday and Monday and eaten a rainbow of food as well... gotta keep it going :-)
How about the person who loses the most weight gets to chose the challenge for the following week?

My starting weight on the 1st was 181lbs. i didn't weigh in sooner as I wasn't sure if it was going ahead....
