A Whole Lot of Haters!

I have to say my favorite part of this thread is the cute puppy!! LOL!!!
I'm not one to sugarcoat things, but when I do talk to people I don't belittle them. It isn't just the thread about the thin girl. Like others stated, there is a lot of negativity and people up on their high horses talking down to others.
I'm all for being truthful, just not hurtful.
Thanks for all the insight everyone!0 -
If someone is doing something that is obviously unhealthy the supportive thing to do is to call them on it. Not to be rude or snarky, but to say "I can't congratulate you on this because what you're doing is dangerous and you should seriously reconsider".
Saying nothing is being complicit in that person's self delusion/destruction. That goes for the HGC dieters, the way undereaters, the way too thin trying to be thinner...
Guess I'm a hater.
And that was what most of the commentors said on the forum, except they were even nicer than that. Like it was said above, if you're gonna put yourself out there then expect comments and criticism, if you don't want it, start a blog and shut off the comments.0 -
