Home body fat test from link PP had above put me at 20.5%. I have a very hard time believing I'm anything below 25%. I'd like to see what it would say if it took my waist and height into consideration as well. Maybe I just have incredibly thin arms/legs and a huge belly. lol
I still have yet to buy calipers and measure for sure. Feel free to input on % as I'd like to know what I look like to others (I'm not very objective about myself). I'm 5'11" and 170lbs. This picture is maybe a lb or two heavier than now. Feel free to look at pics on my profile as that shows more from the front.0 -

A) You do NOT have a huge belly.
I'd guess, by visual, that the 20.5% is pretty close.0 -

Here's a better image, as it's from the front.0 -
<<<<< Just did Bod Pod last night and I am at 25%. I'm 5'7" and weigh 144. My goal is 135, at which I should be around 20% if I maintain most of my muscle.0

I calculated about 21% but I am thin. I look like the woman who is at 18% in the picture and she doesn't look thin enough to be 18% to me.0

I am 165cm (5"5) tall, 58kg (128pounds) and all my measurements using online calculators suggested I was 22%BF and scales said around 24% however I have just had a DEXA scan that says I'm 27.2%BF.
Pretty disappointed considering I've been working hard to exercise and monitor my diet and I don't look like a lot of the pictures of girls listed at this percentage online. DEXA is very accurate though and now I know I need to work harder
The physiologist actually said I needed to be eating more and up my protein significantly.
Very interesting however inaccurate other methods can be.0 -

If a stranger's opinion is of any value to you, you have an amazing body :flowerforyou:. I would not be sad to go to the beach looking like that - also, very cute swimsuit!0 -
Also, here's another image for your collection. 28% BF according to the military calculator.

According to the Jackson/Pollock (3-site fat caliper method), I am 18-19% body fat. The military method tells me I am 24.8%. I am 5'2", 24-years-old, 117 lbs, and pear shaped.

About 19.8% according to the caliper method (see profile pic)! Online measurement test results have ranged from 17% to 30%, so....0

I am 5'11 and I would love if anyone could guess my body fat loss?0 -
<-this pic, measured at my gym to be about 32%. any online calculators give me about 24%, my dads home scale 20.2%0

I will link you to a body fat calculator that has worked well for me. I used some that said my body fat was really high and some that said it was pretty low. When I looked at pictures of women online with their body fat percentages it was right in line with this calculator.

This is exactly what I've been looking for. Thanks OP! :flowerforyou:0

Don't trust the Army Military Body fat calculator.
At this height and weight, it has me at 37% body fat. I know I still need to lose weight, but I have a hard time believing I am 37% body fat. Especially considering I am only 15lbs over when I was actually in the military.
