    I am in. I am going to aim for 420 mins of fitness this week. This is 60 mins a day because I feel like I need the extra challenge and push to get off of my plateau!

    Can I count things like "house cleaning" as exercise for this challenge? Or, are we sticking to traditional types of workouts?
