As I posted on the Black team post, I am challenging myself during the WHOLE month of October to NOT go over my calories, not even once! It may not seem like that big of a deal to some but I struggle almost daily to not go over them!
So, if you're up for an extra challenge...see how many days you make it without going over! :flowerforyou:

Ok, people's! It's Oct. 1st...day ONE of not going over! Just 30 & 1/2 days left! :laugh:
I've been thinking about what my reward (other than losing some pounds) is going to be at the end of the month! IF I make it!:laugh: Right now I'm thinking a KING SIZE Whatchamacallit(my favorite candy bar) would be a nice reward but I think I need to steer it away from chocolate!:bigsmile:

I had a couple tootsie rolls laying on my desk just now that I got out of the candy bowl at work and I put them back! I'm not risking going over and losing my prize for two measly tootsie rolls. :drinker:0 -
Ok, i decide to start logging my intake here, so far i have 900 and some calories left, I need to log in my excersise, see how much it gives me .... :bigsmile:
I think i will reward myself by taking my husband out for dinner ....

I am going to try very hard. Friday thru Sunday are the hardest for me. Fridays, my friends and I go to lunch together. Today we're going to a diner that serves breakfast all day. I hope I can resist the bacon and sausage temptations!0

Well, I survived Day 3.....day 4 should be a breeze! We are going to the Air Force Museum Saturday and that includes HOURS of walking. I've also packed a healthy lunch so I'm prepared!:bigsmile:0
