Before and After Pics - 30+ lbs lost...

You will break it! I had a serious plateau every 10 lbs or so.... 173, 163, 153.... it usually took a few weeks to get through it. Stick with it! You're doing great!

Wow you look good! How did you lose your middle? That is my biggest set back!

Okay - 2 babies in less than 2 years - my abdominal area was A MESS!!!!!!!!!

It just took time, and losing some of the weight, and lots of crunches - that seemed to work. Really, the crunches were kind of fun, and easy, and they seemed to make things go back to where they should be!

Of course my tummy is not what it was pre-babies, but it's much better than it was. Keep at it!
