Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.
Here is the daily update format.

I would love to join you! I do a good job eating healthy so I think an exercise challenge is what I need to get rid of my last 9 pounds!0

I would like to join this Challenge.
This is the 1rst time I have joined one so I am not real sure how to post each day.
I really want to push myself this week to get in A LOT of exercise and this challenge should help me do that.

Week 7! Let's Do It! Goal this week:4,000 calories. I have a lot of school work this week so I need to step it down a little from 5,000 last week.0

I'm in again this week! I have already burned a total of 30,042 calories since I joined this challenge 7 weeks ago. My clothes are definitely getting loose. Yay!

Still not sure if I am doing this correctly but I am sure someone will let me know if I am not.

Mon: 241 calories burned - walking the track for 45mins. while my kids were in Red Cross Swim Class
and 203 cals burned doing 15 mins of ab crunches, kicks & squats. UGH!

I spent a good amount of time in the pool today! I did intervals of walking 10 min. and jogging 10 min in the water for a total of 60 min. (30 min. each) and than 30 min. of nothing but exercises. Than I went to the gym with my friend for our Monday Strength training sessions. :bigsmile: Time to relax! I am so darn tired!!! :yawn:
