Tues: 655 calories burned - walking the track for 60 mins. plus 15 min of 50 ab. crunches, 30 kicks, and 30 squats.

Thur: 488 cals burned walking at the track 60 min ( this is probably low since I also did 7 100 yd spurts of jogging)
Fri: 916 calories burned playing sand vball, coaching sand vball, playing tetherball with the kids
Sat: 315 calories burned - grocery shopping, moving furniture, cooking for a bbq
Sun: 596 calories burned 2hr cleaning my building ( scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming vigorous)
