Thank you for sharing. Biggest Loser does this to with their contestants....it is unreal. It really does put a body into perspective. I should get an image done of mine....I wonder how it looks.

I don't think your mistaking at all....o.o0 -
Wow. That really hit me. In addition to the scary stuff going on in the abdomen, what I noticed right off was how out of alignment the limbs are, the resulting pressure on the knee joints in particular. I just know if I get all this weight off, my knees are going to be a whole lot better...

The truth hurts, I might need to print this and put it on my refridgerator and on my desk at work. Looking at this is nothing but pure motivation to get in shape and stay in shape. Thanks for sharing, I guess. JUST KIDDING0

Holy cow. I just want to say thank you for giving me the motivation to be extremely conscious about my food, seriously.0

Wow...I can't stop looking at it. Wow. I too might have to print this and post it somewhere. Too much.0

I love seeing things like this. I've been to Bodies: The Exhibition once and Body Worlds twice. At Body Worlds they showed how a fat person is just a skinny person trapped by fat. The image I saw showed how the two women had the same size vital organs, and the fat woman just had all hers squished together by the surrounding fat.0

Wow! That is just scary! I am gonna have to print that out too. Looking at that will keep me motivated better than anything else.

To be clear,
It's not all "poo". Poo = food that's been digested and will end up in the large colon for expelling.
Those black spots are food being digested in the small intestines, and processed food in the large intestine.0
