    Did L2D12 today!! I felt like it was a little easier than yesterday....but it still kicked my butt!! I am gonna try to do a few of the moves with my 5lbers again tomorrow...we shall see how that goes!! the squats with V-raises are killin me though!

    sd-so far so good!!! level 2 is a challenge, but I feel like it was a lil easier today than yesterday, and tomorrow I will be trying a few of the moves with my 5lb weights again vs the 3lbs!

    Des-great job on reaching the halfway point...that rocks!!! I bet you will be pleasantly surprised with your results at the end...i know that I am hoping that I will be!

    mheight-very nice job!!! it is hard to not take a break...but is def worth it when you have that feeling of accomplishment after you are done!

    silvery-great job with the 5lbers!! I am gonna try L2 with the 5lbs tomorrow...and see what I can manage...although i KNOW that it will not be the V-raises!! LOL

    Had to skip last night due to tourney out of town and didn't get back to the hotel with enough time to do it. Had to modify on Friday and remove the jumping exercises due to being on the 4th floor in the hotel and I was doing it at 10:30 at night. Getting a little easier, but the plank presses/lunges/whatever are killing me, but I am getting better at holding the plank pose

    Done with L1 yea! Had my bad cheat day with my diet, but it is official, I have lost wt now. Actually today wasn't too bad and my 7 y.o. and 2 y.o. joined in for part of it. Looking forward to L2 tomorrow. It will be 3 in a row without a rest day. Pretty good for me :)

    Day 1 of Level 2 is done!!! Woohooo! I loved it! It was harder, and I definitely did some modifications - I didn't have the coordination for the double crunch or for the pendulum lunges, but I kept going at it and maybe I'll do them proper soon. Basically during the double crunch I just did a regular crunch and the pendulum lunge I just did in the back position.

    Last day of level 1 completed tonight. It is 9pm and I just finished. I really wondered if I was going to push myself to do it or not. I simply told myself I will NOT quit in the middle of this like I did before. I WILL make it through.

    I'm really looking forward to tomorrow. Level 2 is my favorite of all three. I have the day scheduled as rest because I have been invited to a free Zumba session across town. But that is just it :( It is across town. If I don't have the motivation to drive 30 mins then I will sure as hell knock that rest day off and use the 30 mins to start level 2!

    Kiki-I feel ya!! it is way hard...on level 1 I followed Natalie for most of it, and I am only following her for about 1/2 of it now...the rest is Anita or somewhere in between the 2!!

    QUESTION TO EVERYONE!

    How is the scale going so far?? I still have yet to see a loss...but I am hoping that by this Wed I will see something!!?? we shall see...I feel pretty "tight" again after starting level 2 now! *fingers crossed* for Wed though!

    I did have a loss earlier this week (from being ill) and usually the losses stick around. The past 2 days though, have been wild. Showing less than 143, more than 146, then sticking at 145 again. I laugh at the scale, doesn't know what's going on it seems :wink: I just want that 143 to stay, or even get smaller! very soon. :)

    I took my first rest day today. I feel so guilty. I did a 4 mile walk at home dvd and took my kids to the park. I slid down the slide (barely) and played with my kids. Tomorrow will be day 14 for me, one day away from 1/2 way. I did lose back what I had gained and am now down a pound since starting. The scale will move, just keep it up!

    funnily enough, i'm not doing this to lose weight! i'm hoping this will help though. i'm using it as the strength training as part of my training for the half marathon.
    so.... i will never know if it's the shred helping me lose, or if it's running. but i've lost 2lbs this week.
    but i can tell you that my arms already feel stronger and less jiggly. and i feel like i'm toning up more. i feel good, so that's what's important to me. i look forward to hearing what's happening weight wise for others though.

    silvery-great job with the 5lbers!! I am gonna try L2 with the 5lbs tomorrow...and see what I can manage...although i KNOW that it will not be the V-raises!! LOL
    Thanks and good luck to you tomorrow! I can do the leg stuff fine (except for being careful with my knee), but my arms are so weak! I was dying by that last set of anterior raises with the 5 lbers! I was literally grunting out loud at the end trying to get through it, but I am already seeing some new definition in my arms, though, so I guess it's "no pain, no gain" lol!!

    Sarah-I feelya...my lowest (6/29) was 123.8, since then I have been anywhere between 124.8-128!!! My "not-so-happy" medium weight seems to be around 126.2, which sucks, since this was my plateau for like 5-6 weeks!!! I really, really, really want a loss this week!!

    Courtney-one rest day is no biggie...just be sure to get back at it tomorrow!! What made you take a rest btw...just curious?! I sure hope that you are right about the scale though!

    bonjour-I feel that my arms are really toning up too..and although I am happy with a loss in inches and toning, I would also like to hit my 4lbs loss goal for the month!! congrats on the 2lbs though!
