    I didn't create a challenge but I'll make for moon threw friday do two a days...like football players exercise in the morning and after work. I did it today and I feel good!

    a loss!! and while i was on vacation too. :) that makes me happy. my challenge was to start logging again when i got back from vacation. i have not been logging since the beginning of the month, so i needed to get back on track. i think i might actually eat more when i log. o.O fingers crossed for another good week this week.

    I got back to exercising the past 2 days after not doing anything for 2 weeks. It felt great! I can feel in my legs the 30 minute bike ride I went on last night.

    Looks like I won't make my goal of 132.5 but if I can make it to 136.0, I would be so happy! I'm so close to my goal and losing is so hard at this point!

    if anyone wants to do a challenge this weekend, it is: TO TRY A NEW FOOD OR SPICE. i will post the challenge on thursdays after the weigh-in. it will be a random idea and you can chose to participate or not. if you do, have fun eating something different.

    Hmmm...interesting challenge. I'm trying a new recipe tomorrow or Saturday and it has zucchini in it. I have to admit I've never actually made zucchini before, I'm excited!

    dang it! i was really hoping to break into the 119s by the end of the challenge. these last 10-15 pounds have been killing me. oh well, the slower you take it off the more sustainable it is, i guess.

    good job those that did the challenge and tried a new food. i tried rice crackers (giving gluten-free a try for a while). they are... different. not bad exactly, but not what would be my first choice.

    Not in the right direction. It's getting to be that tom and I had Chinese food over the weekend and pizza last night. Other than that my food hasn't been all that bad. The number of calories isn't exorbitantly over my limit. It's just that my sodium is probably very high and paired with tom--not good:( Exercise is halfway there. The next 2 weeks will be better without school, but I will be going to the shore Saturday through Wednesday. I will do a final check in on Thursday.

    I say we go to Thanksgiving. It'll give us motivation all the way up to the holiday and hopefully get us through without any major binges. I like this small group we have here. Hope everyone keeps going!
