who wants to join me for weekly check-ins on wednesday? your goal must be to lose 5-15 pounds by labor day, starting 7/6 and ending 9/7 (a duration of 10 weeks).
i will not be putting together a group chart so each person will be responsible for keeping track of their own weightloss. to report your weightloss each week, please use the following format (copy and paste with your numbers):
start weight: 150
7/6 - 148.9 (-)
7/13 - 146.2 (-)
7/20 - 145.9 (-)

p.s. i will post a weekend challenge on thursday. you can choose to participate or not. the challenges focus on food, exercise, personal growth and charity.

Yay, you know I love these things! I'm Meagen. I recently graduated college and I'm starting grad school in the fall. I also lost my job the same day I graduated, oh the irony! So I currently have no excuse as to why I can't work out a lot! So good luck everyone!

Hi! I'm Britta. I'm a college student, accounting assistant, mom (3 yo daughter), and wife. I have recently become obsessed with all things triathlon related after doing my first sprint tri on June 11. I am doing two more sprint tris in August and September. I am also doing 2 5K's and 2 Open Water Mile Swims during that time. I am very involved in community service related stuff and am interested in business and politics.
Can't wait to start!0 -
awesome britta! i am hoping to try a tri sometime soon.
love all the events you have planned.

Hi everyone... my name is Amber and I have lost 39 lbs so far thanks to MFP! I have about another 20 to go to get into the healthy weight category. I feel like I am starting to hit a plateau and so I will probably struggle through this challenge a little. I set my goal for about 10 lbs in 10 weeks which should be fairly easy I hope! Good luck everyone!

Hi everyone! This is just what I was looking for, a kick in the pants to motivate me.
I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, scrapbooking, swimming, going to the beach, watching movies, listening to all sorts of music and checking out how much weight people have lost using MFP. I hope to be one of those success stories in the future. I have been struggling lately with weight loss but I am not giving up. So here goes....
