    This week wasn't too good with exercising, but food choices I think I did good considering I ate out 4-5 times the past week. I plan on stepping up with a more regular exercise regiment.

    I am going to challenge myself this week and not step on the scale until next Wednesday for check in. I find myself stepping on the scale multiple times a day and it just gets to me most of the time. I have never taken measurements either. I might try that just to see a NSV.

    No loss, but no gain. I haven't fit in much exercise this week, we're going to Six Flags on Sunday, hopefully the walking all day will help.

    I kinda already broke my challenge. I had to use my bosses bathroom at work and he has a scale in there. I couldn't help stepping on it. Didn't even think about it. I'm still trying to stay off it.

    if anyone wants to do a challenge this weekend, it is: TO FIND A CAUSE YOU BELIEVE IN AND DONATE $5. i will post the challenge on thursdays after the weigh-in. it will be a random idea and you can chose to participate or not. if you do, have fun knowing that you helped make a difference! :)

    I don't know if i will get to weigh-in on Wednesday as it will be a busy day, i have a funeral to attend & have to drop children off to a friends house so they don't have to go. i will do it on Tuesday or Thursday instead.

    Missed the actual weigh in day, but decided if I didn't go ahead and do this I never would. Having a really hard time getting motivated these days. Crazy life seems to be getting in the way, not using that as an excuse for next week though. Time to step up and get busy!! Leaving for vacation on Wednesday. Going camping, so hopefully destressing will help with some weight loss, hoping to come back and finally post below 160.. Have a great week everyone.

    I thought I had already posted this but I've had computer problems lately and some of my posts in other threads haven't shown up and I had to try again on my work computer. So I broke my plateau! Barely but it counts!

    I am my job's Team Captain for Relay for Life, through American Cancer Society, which I fundraise really hard for Jan-April, but I am putting $5 in my money bag for it now. Can't wait to see what causes other people are donating to!

    I forgot to post last week, tom was here. I have just got bk from camping & there was loads of lifting involved so i got some exercise but i ate more stuff i dont normal eat lol o well.
    My cousin passed over last week. He is no longer in any pain (had cancer) & the cremation is on Wednesday 3rd Aug. I weighed -in today as we have to leave early to get there. I am not going to let tomorrow make me comfort eat again i will beat this feeling.

    I didn't keep my challenge of not stepping on the scale this week, but I definitely cut down the number of times I did. I only checked it maybe 3 times total as opposed to the 4 times daily. I will be checking in tomorrow and hope to have around a pound loss. I've been averaging a 3/4 pound loss the past 3 weeks. Good luck girls!

    I am pleased with my weight loss this week. I'm going to keep exercising and watching my calories. I may need to switch my weekly loss to 1/2 lb/week because my calories are at the lowest at 1200. This will bump my limit to around 1500, but I will definitely stay below that number.

    i lost half of last week's weight gain. now if i can just lose the other half by next week, i'll be a happy girl. i have not been logging this week, but i am back to cooking for myself. lol. i need to lose a pound a week to get to my goal. time to get serious! i am planning on running 70 miles this month, continuing the 100 push-ups challenge and starting slim in 6 today. wish me luck!

    i am so sorry for your loss. i lost my dad last year to prostate cancer and it was very hard, so i can relate. let me know if you need anything!
