    Level 3 Day 7 done. fell asleep yesterday early and didn't exercise so ended up doing day 7 today....

    Level 3 day 8 done I'm not seeing much of a difference from the last round but it I haven't taken picture yet either so it could just be me...

    Hrm, I forgot to post updates. :laugh:

    I finish day 30 tomorrow. Well, technically day 28, as I had two break days.

    I'm noticing huge changes in my upper body strength as well as my overall build. :smile: I do a lot of the easier movements on Level 3 because I have bad knees and I don't want to screw them up with plyo. Maybe next round I'll feel like I have the base strength to start being a bit rougher.

    Very happy I did this, and I'm taking a break for a few days and then starting another round with heavier weights.

    Unfortunately, I have TOM bloating, so my dramatic before/after pictures and measurement differences aren't going to be so dramatic... :\ Think I'll wait a couple days for that bloating to go down for my official "after" pics.

    I am on day 15th of 30 doing Level 3 now.

    Great job all of you! What an inspiration!- i found this thread a few days ago- so went out and bought a copy for myslef today and did day1- damn! it was NOT easy...props to you all!

    for only being 26 min it definitely kick your butt But I did 2 rounds and i'm planning on using level 1 and 2 as a regular exercise routine :)

    Comparison after 30 days:

    Weight: -6 lb
    % body fat: -5% (holy crap...)
    bicep: -1"
    waist: -2.5"
    hipbone: -2"
    hip (widest part): -2"
    thigh: -1.5"
    calf: -0.75"

    During this 30 day period, I did:
    -28 days of 30 DS
    -ate a deficit of ~19,600 calories total
    -ran 3x per week for an hour or more at a time
    -did taekwondo classes 1-2 times per week

    I do think a lot of these things helped with the actual loss more than 30 DS, but 30 DS DEFINITELY helped with core strength and with definition.

    I'm going for round 2 starting next week, with heavier weights this time. :smile:
