    I like how your motivation was not very tangible, "something just snapped". People ask me all the time where my motivation comes from, and I can't really answer, but it is like you said.... "something just snapped. Great job and keep it up!!!

    Awesome Job! Keep up the good work! I have a very similar story as yours. Last year at this time I weighed 346. I am now 186 - a 160 pound weight loss. I have 36 pounds to go to my goal.:smile:
