    I'm 170cm (I think nearly 5"6) and 71kg (156lbs) aiming at 63kg (138lbs). I've been doing some strength training so I might even be happy if I don't quite make it as long as I can get the body fat % down.

    I'm 5'6", 285 pounds. My initial goal is to get down to 175. Once I get down there, I will re-assess :)

    I'm at 210 now, and my goal is 150. I just randomly picked that number...I figure I could reassess my goals when I get there. I just want to be out of the obese and overweight categories.

    Started 178lbs, now 172lbs. 1st goal is 150lbs. Then from there, probably 140lbs would be my ultimate goal. and more muscle tone.

    Hey there,
    I am just under 5'6'' & I am currently 64 kilograms (141 pounds) - my aim is to get to 60 kilograms (132 pounds) so I am closer to the middle/lower end of my BMI. I'm also trying to burn off calories lifting heavy weights and for toning.

    Currently at goal of 140, but now working on training for half marathon and strength training to lose body fat... Would love to be a size 6 with everything toned and some abs!!

    I too am 5' 6"
    currently at 168...moving towards 150.
    I am on day 10 of the 30 Day Shred
    and I'm 49 years old.

    My goal is 150 for a golf trip I have planned for my husbands 50th birthday in July. I need daily help :)

    I'm 5'5 1/2", started at 238, currently 202, with a goal not of weight....but size. I want to be around a size 8, which is when I looked my best in high school. I think I was around 155? I was healthy. I figure I'll re-assess when I get there :)

    I think I've posted on this thing before, but I'll do it again! haha. I am 5'6. I was originally 260 and when I started MFP I was around 245. I've now lost down to 189. My first ultimate goal is 148, but I think once I get there I would like to work hard to get down to 128.

    I'm currently around 159-160 lbs and trying to get down below 130 lbs, ideally around 125. I believe that's a BMI of 20.2. ( ^~^ )
