Started at 213...Currently at 199.5...Goal is 170 which would put me into a size 8 which I haven't worn since high school.0

my goal 134-137lbs ...now 145 lbs0

I'm at 210 now, and my goal is 150. I just randomly picked that number...I figure I could reassess my goals when I get there. I just want to be out of the obese and overweight categories.
I'm at 235 now and I'd love to be in the 140 range but more than that I really want to be out of the obese categories as well! I HATE that! Every year at work we have a fitness day and people come in and test everything and then let us know where we stand and I've been in the obese range each year... I don't feel obese, overweight yes, but no obese but knowing that medically I am sucks. I just gotta keep working and know that one day I will be considered average... I look forward to that day!0 -
5'6". Started at 205lbs. Now at 162lbs. I want to get down to about 140 or whatever it takes to be around 18-20% body fat. I am not too rigid about the number on the scale.0

I am 5'5.5 and am currently 140.6 lbs. Started at 161.8. First goal is to hit my wedding weight of 139 then I'd like to see where I look best. Around 131-135? I'd love to be at 131 by my 31's birthday six months away but we'll see as I get closer.0
-
btw- i was 175 and my first goal was 135, then 130, then 125. I figured might as well go all the way to my ultimate dream goal of 120-123 before we have baby #2 which hopefully is soooooooooon!0

My goal is one pound a week....until I reach 135lbs...not too little, not too big. As long as the weight loss is steady - even if it's not as much, or as quickly as I would like - I'll be happy. MFP is projecting for me to be at my goal weight by Fall!0

I'm 5'6 and 3/4ths almost 5'7. My starting weight was 156.8 and I'm currently 147.4. My goal weight is 136 but once I get there I might reassess to decide if I want to lose more or focus on toning.0

I'm currently 186, started at 193 (post-baby weight). I want to be down to 130. I would be happy with a size 4 or 6 if that meant more numbers on my weight.0
