    Yep, I'm back for another round.... I started june off so well and have been fighting these last two weeks to see any improvement on the scales... going on holidays for a week on friday....maybe that can help!

    Alright group looks like I will be keeping track of our weight loss during this journey. I need you to post your weight each week no matter rather you loose weight or not. This way I can log it onto the chart. I will post a link for you to be able to see the groups progress.
