    I apologize for posting late. This week has been filled with painting my house and I got all caught up in doing that.

    SW - 180.5 lbs (FRIDAY JULY 1)

    Sorry for missing friday's weigh in. weight today is 200 exactly. NOT the loss I was looking for but Ive been majorly busy the end of this week and have had like 4 days without exercise though my eating was good.

    Don't usually get to my computer over the weekend so will have to get into the habit of posting here first thing Friday mornings...

    3 lbs lost so far! Really pleased with the results and have done another hard afternoons work in the garden so hoping to continue the trend.

    Just about managed to keep the munchies under control and have been exercising hard. Same again for wk 2 hopefully!

    I can't wait for Friday's weigh in!!! I just had 3 pounds fall off over the weekend... here's hoping and praying I keep it off and then some for this week's weigh in!!!

    This is my suggestion -

    the ones that are interessted- and/or stick through to the end- should probably stick together.. and we could maybe make it a "regular " thing - each month new topic with same goal ? and make it a " closed group " without adding constantly n ew people as we all know out of 150 maybe 50 finish..

    so i'm suggesting to think about the option of closing the group and continuing each month with the same group of people that are dedicated. ?

    I deleted everyone except one lady. She has outstanding circumstance this week. Everyone else who has not weight in for week 1 or/and given me their starting weights have been deleted. I sent emails and I figured if they did not respond they were not commented to loosing weight.

    This is a group we do every month. The group is not close, as of right now.

    It does make a difference to me. Other wise I would be wondering if you are tring to join mid stream. This makes it easier for me to keep up with you and your weight. I have no problem changing names or if I have messed up on the weights. All someone has to do is let me know. Thanks.
