Week 1 - 139 lbs (FRIDAY JULY 8)
Week 2 - 140.75 lbs (FRIDAY JULY 15)
Week 3 - xxx lbs (FRIDAY JULY 22)
Week 4 - xxx lbs (FRIDAY JULY 29)
Total lost - xx lbs (MONDAY AUGUST 1)
Oh pants :sad:
Was doing so well until Monday (was still at 139 lbs then) when I started snacking and don't seem to have stopped since. Had a great workout yesterday but even that didn't help. Must try harder...
Although I did a full set of measurements on Monday and was dissapointed to find that even though I had lost a couple of pound since I had last measured I had actually gained 3/4 inch on my hips. Maybe thats why I started snacking...
I don't snack so much at weekends as too busy running round after my toddler so heres hoping I can start losing again.0
