Prayers needed...

Haven't been around MFP lately. Been very busy at work :frown: And they've been laying off at our company at all of our terminals throughout the country.........sooooooo......I've been working hard to keep my numbers up. :smokin: I am very happy to hear about Chance. :drinker: :flowerforyou: I'll call you tonight about Grandma...I know nothing :frown: And you're doing great with the wedding. But mom, get some people to help you. I chose my wedding party for a reason. I trust them to help plan this wedding. They WANT to be involved. Get Rachel, Jessica, Kelly, and all my other 5 bridesmaids to help u. Give them each a task. I'm sure they won't mind helping. Steve's family wants to help. You just have to call them and let them know what you need help with. :flowerforyou: Its his wedding too. They want to be involved also. Make sure you take Rach, Kelly, and/or Jess with you to help pick out centerpieces and decorations and the cake. I think we have most of it done. Just the minor details. Kelly's been through this before she can help you :flowerforyou: I just don't want you to burn yourself out. You're going through a lot and you're taking on a lot of responsibilities. Let them help you.:flowerforyou: :smooched: I wish I was there to help. But I don't see us selling this house anytime soon.:grumble:

Most of them stay at home. You can always call them. Doesn't hurt. I just really want their input on the decor and stuff. Not that I don't think you're capable.....because I know you are. You're very creative and good at that stuff.......but it's always best to have more than one opinion too. :drinker: And you NEED a break and the help on this stuff. You're doing too much. Don't be afraid to ask for help. That's what they're there for. :flowerforyou: :smooched:

Normally, I would be all for going; however, Eric will be working nights this weekend (read I'll be a single mom this weekend ). Have fun! Enjoy your time w/ Chance tonight

:flowerforyou: Chance is a champ. He's being fed through the tube in his nose and they gave him an ounce an hour for four hours, then they stopped and waited four hours and sucked it back out. They measured the contents in his stomach and he only had 1.5 ozs. left. That means he is digesting his food ok.:drinker: :drinker: Yea!!! He wants to be held, the nurses said that he fusses all day until we get there and hold him. He must want to make up for those 3 weeks that we couldn't hold him. I'm loving this part.

I was checking in to see how Chance is doing and it sounds like he is doing wonderfully!
Praise God for keeping him safe and guiding the staff.

Just reading what they have to do to that poor lil fella makes my :brokenheart:

But hearing he is absorbing the food is reason for celebration:drinker:

Yes, but since I've only seen snow 2x in 4 years now, I actually was excited and enjoyed it :drinker: and it's almost all melted already. That's the nice thing about the south...it snows, it's pretty, we play, but it's gone by the next day and warms back up. It's supposed to get up in the high 60's low 70's this weekend

I LOVE SNOW!
but we only got an inch but 15 minutes from here was 7 inches - go figure we didn't even get to play.

I'll be in Greenville this weekend - my son will be playing baseball off of White Horse Rd - not sure exactly where that is....

New nurse messed up. She put him on a two hour schedule instead of a 4 hour schedule and gave him formula instead of breast milk. She left him cry all day instead of picking him up and calming him down. He started to throw up so he lost weight. When mom got their it took her a long time to calm him down and then Mom raised h#%* with the head nurse and they got him back on track. They decided to keep him until today. :drinker: :flowerforyou: He will be coming home today. We are so mad at the nursing staff that they moved him to last week. They moved him into the area where they don't need to watch him so close with nurses in training because he was doing so good. They set him back from coming home about a week. Poor little fella, he's trying to get home.

:flowerforyou: He's home and doing ok but we are worried that he is still a little jondus (i don't know how to spell this) yellowish color. This may mean he is having a little liver problem. The nurse that visits the house is doing some blood test to see whats up.:ohwell:

Aunt Diane...with the jaundice they should try and increase his feedings some. It will help his body rid itself of the bilirubin. Setting him by a window will help as well. We had the same issue w/ both Parker and Ryder and this is what we were told.
