    I just have to say, that as I looked at SummerJo's Page today and saw ALL OF HER FRIEND REQUESTS---- I WAS SIMPLY AMAZED at how far this challenge has taken off in a matter of 3 months! :) Unbelievable and I am proud to say that we are all a family :) Good luck to everyone and keep the new members coming :)

    From what I've read, the only extra things you have to do is weigh-in/check-in with group leader on Fridays, drink 8 glasses of water each day, and add jumping jacks to your daily workout routine (25 on day 1, and add 5 each day thereafter...does not have to be in one shot; they can be split into reps of no fewer than 5 if necessary).

    Anyone find anything different from what I have? I'm looking forward to saying bye to these 10 lbs, so please let me know if I've got the right idea going.

    Have already drunk my water, done my regular workout and will do the jumping jacks before bed to wind down tonight.
