Definitely finding my groove this month.
DEW - Unless you ate like a whole watermelon, or an apple tree or something, I think you so deserve that point. A fruit before bed is so much better than a piece of cake or ice cream, which I'm sure could have also been an option.
Clints - GREAT JOB!!! Since I work around 2 a.m. in the morning, for my late night snacking, I have to be food free for 8 hours for it to count for me. Some mornings are hard, but like you, I like to see the ME column climb.
Vacation for me starting tomorrow, but still gonna remain strong. I REFUSE to make excuses.0 -

I'm checking in - better late than never I guess. So much for a fresh start in July. Too many fun late nights etc. Anyway, this challenge is too good not to jump back in.
Since I haven't been paying attention, I'm giving all July so far to the late night snacks. Maybe will motivate me more to try to make up for it,:laugh:

Point to the LNS tonight. Had 2 peaches and some coffee after I closed out my diary. My calories allowed but it still wasn't in line with my original plan of no food or drink other than water after closing out my diary.

Boy, was I strong last night! The old me! I had dinner at 8 and then not only stayed strong until I went to bed, but even later during the night when I could not sleep...0 -
My partner was off all of last week so I have done terribly with eating in general and have put on a lot of weight and been over my allowance by 1000 - 3000 a day for the past couple of weeks so here is my July figures:
July 1st - although I did have pizza takeout followed by ice cream, I am allowing myself this point this month as that classes as a dinner and dessert with nothing after (even though it was extremely bad).
July 2nd - 10th = LNS
So,

I would like to join, even though it's almost already half way through the month I feel like late night snacking is what is holding me back! The accountability will help so much! I have had a few days where I have finished logging my food and then would have a LNS I hate it!0

I am checking in too! I haven't been on this month so far but have been keeping track of my results.

One of the HUGE helps for me to not eat pass my cut-off time is without fail, no matter how hungry I am, (even at 4am) when I wake up at 5,6 or 7, I have no appetite! That tells me that my body is just making much noise for nothing. And waking up without cheating is one of the best feelings ever.

July is just not going my way, but I'm managing to control the weight so I'm happy about that, If I could just be disciplined and stick to this challenge, I know I'd lose.
