    7.4 Miles completed last night. A little over one more Mile needed before I hit my goal! It's been a great motivation.

    July 23 Miles = 15.17

    Total Miles for July = 233.41

    My target is to finish at 300 by 8/1

    66.59 miles left in 7 Days. I got this!

    Rode 13 more miles tonight; 476 miles for the month. I have an iPhone mount on my bike, and I use a program called Cyclemeter which tracks my rides. All of these rides then get sent to DailyMile.com, which keeps all of my rides, and gives me reports by day, week, and month.

    July 24 MIles = 10.62 miles. Wanted to get in more, but storms have been rolling through my area and my time was limited this morning. Heard thunder and mile 9 so I knew it was time to head home.

    Miles to date for July = 244.03

    Shooting for 300!

    I must ride 10 miles a day to reach my goal now that I've slacked more than a few days. It's just so hard to ride while my kids are home for summer. Hoping I can do this.

    Isn't it great! I live in Colorado (husband is from IA and I am from TX) and I love riding here with the mountains in my view!!!!

    Wow! Lots of cycling going on around here!

    I also had a great last few days. Thursday I did my 14 mile commute & then did another 10 miles with Fort Worth's new mayor. (So awesome to have a lady cyclist for a mayor!) Then my sweetie & I rode 36 miles Saturday morning and 30 miles Sunday morning. That's 90 miles since I last checked in. I think that put me at about 221 miles for July. It's been neat to track my total miles.

    Road 20 this morning, for a monthly total of 508. Headed out camping this week, so I won't get to ride again tonight. Going to try to catch some catfish instead. Back on the wheels tomorrow. New trails to explore at the lake.
