    Hey guys - been on vacation all week and got back today - took the bike with me and got some miles in. Here are my miles for last week....

    July 11 Miles = 12.36
    July 12 Miles = 30.17
    July 13 Miles = 16.57
    July 14 Miles = 13.46
    July 15 Miles = 11.43

    Total Miles for the week = 83.99

    Total July Miles to date = 169.36

    Rode 21 miles this morning....Total of 1001 miles for the year now...Still have to lose 170 pounds though.

    Looks like everyone is riding well. Keep it up. I rode 22.5 miles last night, and 15.5 this morning. At 331 for the month; trying to make 600 miles for the month now. I have to keep pushing myself. It is going to be a really hot week here in the St. Louis area, so I have to stay motivated somehow.

    After riding to work this morning - I am up to 210 miles for the month. With less than half the month to go 450 is gonna be tight. Attainable but difficult.

    I think I can get to 300 by the end of the month! Hope this heat breaks soon. An hour-long ride was all I could handle today and Saturday!

    I added 14 miles yesterday. I'll do it again today, but I won't add them until they're done. That ride to work isn't too bad - only 85 degrees. However, riding home yesterday with a temp of 101 & a heat index of 108, that was like cycling in a convection oven!

    .Woo hoo it was a hot one in Chicagoland today!! Waited till my wife got home this evening when the sun was going down in hopes it would cool off a bit!
