Ahhhhrrrrgg w/ my moms sleepover (friend from waaaayyy back) tonight and my shoulder pain I forgot it was double day. Well, here goes some crunches then. I'll try to report back later w/ the outcome. I did happen to do some cooking and dishes earlier . . . but I don't think I'll count that.0

Hi all, I'm in rainy Sydney today , but have been inside a hotel meeting room all day working.... might get out to cross the road for dinner tonight, but that will be all. Travelling for work is really not glamorous at all!
But, I did get the gym this morning.
I'm loving the 500 cal challenge, it gives me a total to work towards. And I have decided that treadmills are boring but doable, elliptical not so bad, but I REALLY am not a fan of the exercise bike. I'm hoping it is fine enough to go for a run outside tomorrow morning - if it does I will run down towards the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House (where Oprah was earlier this year ) and send you all a picture.0
