Wow! Thanks for all the interest in this recipe, folks! I love to cook and I've redesigned all of my recipes to cut out the calories without cutting out the taste. I'll have to post a few more at some point!

I use mashed cauliflower to make shepherd's pie instead of potatoes. It took the kids 13 years to figure it out. :D

genious I  shepherds pie but never make it cause it's so fattening

Sounds so easy and delish! Gotta try it

Been making this for 7+ yrs only this is my variation and I use a food processor and my family thinks it's potatoes when I give them gravy.

I don't need the gravy it's so good!
Oh and I use it for shephards pie too!

I think I might try the soup next time for a change. Thanks

I had a cauliflower mash for the first time at a restaurant....I took the leftovers home with us, and whisked it into scrambled eggs the next morning. They were SO light and fluffy, it was delicious! Sounds random, I know!

I use cauliflower to make a " mock potatoe salad" cut into bite size pieces, microwave cauliflower, but not completely soft, leave some texture, cool, add your other potato salad ingredients, like onion, pickle, boiled egg whites, fat free mayo etc. YUM
