  • 544 burned today. Day 2 of P90x.
  • Again no cals burned yesterday or the day before. Did 15 min of yoga this morning and plan on doing pilates/yoga workout tonite. My back is not getting any better with rest or my TENS, so I'm going to try a different approach. Sorry I haven't been as involved as I would like to be. My hubby just left (gotta love the Army) :( and I'm still in adjustment phase. Getting my butt in gear though, I promise!
