    Thanks To all who have joined us.. We will Start Monday but those of you who have begun that is Awesome.. Have to admit I did them today as well and man.. It's gonna be a Challenge for sure..

    If you need to feel in on certain exercises that is fine as well.. remember send me a message or post on here for ideas on the following exercises we may challenge and I am sure we will have plenty of repeats on exercise..

    If y'all want to log in on it everyday I will put a spot on my page every afternoon for where to post weather you did the challenge or if you didn't.. You guys Rock!!!

    Im new here but I will go for it also. It may not all be at once but I think I will just add in at home like when Im watching the tv at night. How fun.

    ya chair dips were no joke, i only did them 10 at a time and by 8 my triceps were burning lol.


    a good one for a future week would be bicycle crunches - i absolutely hate them but they work.

    also for cardio ones like jumping jacks we could do high knees, in place jump rope <yes im definately stealing the ideas from jillian michaels 30 day shred lol

    I did 100 crunches at the gym yesterday - ouch! :-)
    Modified jumping jacks for me (I don't care what Jillian Michael's says, not everyone can do them)
    and chair dips will be the biggest challenge. While my old arm injury seems to be ok, that sometimes flares it up.

    But I'm willing to try! :-)
