    Okay my Love's .. I will put a section on my page that says post here for "weekly challenge" let me know how you all are doing and don't forget to shoot me with some ideas for next week.. I have gotten a few allready and will choose which three for next week on Friday.. "Good Luck" Challengers and myself..~lmsao~

    Also for all who are not using hrm me and another challenger estimated of our hrm we burned and it came up wuth about the same number in "circuit training" so you could log it into your exercise by that.. *luvs and hugs* MUAH!!!!:wink:

    Ok so 150 jumping jacks donr!!! 100 ab crunches done!!! 50 chair dips.....ummmm not done only got to 10, but im determined to get them done before the end of the day those are a doozie for me ;)...Hope everyone else is doing well. Have a fabulous day!!!

    Im in. This sounds fun and challenging. I am doing the 30 DS with Jilliam Michaels and who knew jumping jacks were so hard? I did not until having to do them for that workout. Good luck everyone.

    I am going to try this! I just came across it. The chair dips will be a learning experience as I have NEVER done them.

  • I have done this for 2 days in a row. I was super tired today but as soon as I started to move the energy took over! After I was done I went for a run, I feel like heaven.
