    Im in. This sounds fun and challenging. I am doing the 30 DS with Jilliam Michaels and who knew jumping jacks were so hard? I did not until having to do them for that workout. Good luck everyone.

    I am going to try this! I just came across it. The chair dips will be a learning experience as I have NEVER done them.

    I have done this for 2 days in a row. I was super tired today but as soon as I started to move the energy took over! After I was done I went for a run, I feel like heaven.

    Crunches - done + an extra 50 :smile:
    Dips - (due to RA in wrists, I am modifying and doing a different tricep exercise) - and DONE!

    Day 2: crunches done, chair dips 30 done, jacks done but broken into set of 80 & 70 with 2 minutes in between. See you tomorrow!
