    Yay! Go Ravenclaws!!!!

    Weigh in tomorrow. Hoping for at least a pound weight loss-- then I'd be in the 220s!

    Lost track a bit but I only got 1 owl for weighing in, I know that. (oops!)

    Sugar should be 7 owls
    checkin should be a bit less, 5?

    All right so ... I lost 2.6 pounds!!!!!!!!
    EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

    I was stuck at 180ish for ever ever ever -- upped my calories the last 2 weeks including a flat out pigout day and still lost. wooooo!

    I am at 720 minutes of exercise this month too so I guess we get points for that?

    Hi all, no internet at the moment (housemate didn't pay the bill...) So trying tip log in as and when with the app but I don't like using it much. So no check ins for me this week. But I do have....
    Six owls for not weighing myself.
    Seven for staying under on sugar.
    150 exercise minutes.
    And, finally weight loss... Down to 182.8 lb. so finally shifted it downwards again, am pleased!! Will try and be more active when we get internet access back xx

    Too much for my back and knees. I'll do what I can, but I won't be collecting any OWLs either.

    Yeah, that's my concern, too. My back is usually okay, but my knees physically can't do things like squats or lunges. I'll just do what I can for the rest right along with you. :)

    My knees give me problems too. Since the challenge is to complete 3 sets, how about you get 1 OWL for each 3 sets you complete for a maximum of 1 OWL each day? So if you do 1 set a day, after 3 days you earn 1 OWL. How does that sound?

    And these can be done anytime during the day - they don't have to be only during commercials. I don't watch TV, but I can fit some of them in during bathroom breaks at work!

    Congrats tameko2 for your loss as well! I love breaking through those annoying little sticking points. Kudos to you for sticking through it. :)

    I'm half nervous and half excited about weighing in tomorrow morning. I feel better, but I've been trying not to stare at the scale, so it could be an unfortunate surprise, lol. We'll see!

    As for my weekly points:

    That sounds perfect to me! I can try to see if I can get my knees to hold up for at least a set a day and then feel good about earning a couple OWLs at least. :)

    Hi all,

    I went paintballing today for a friend's 21st and I am sooo knackered! It was a lot of fun though! I'd like to go again. I was sh*tting myself at first, because I thought that the paintballs were going to really hurt, but they only sting for a bit and aren't so bad. With the exception of one hit to the inner part of my knee (which is greaaat because it hurts whenever my knees brush against each other), which absolutely hurt like a b*tch. There are some tender areas, and other parts when you get hit and it's no biggie.

    Unfortunately my weight stayed the same this week. I was expecting that because I've has a stressful/sleep-deprived kind of week. However... I can't remember when my weigh in date is? It may actually be Sunday rather than Saturday. As it stands at the moment though, I'm still hovering at ***65kg / 143.3lb.***

    Anyway, I'll check in with my owls and house points tmrw evening.

    Yay!!! Had a great morning weigh-in. I know it's partly because I just recently started back with my diet, but I'm still terribly excited about it. :) 4 pounds in a week makes me smile.

    Congrats to everyone else who had a loss AND to those who are working through it even when the scale isn't being kind. It'll change soon. :)

    Good morning my fellow Ravenclaws.
    Hope you’re all having a wonderful Saturday! My current weight is 261.6 (So that’s 5.3 lbs since my last weigh in that I lost WOOHOO!) My OWLS for not looking at the scale is 6, I stayed under my Sugar in take and only drank something other than water when I was having major belly issues, and that was a small glass of Lemon Lime Soda/Ginger ale once a day. So I believe that would be 5 OWLS there. My exercise totals were 335 minutes this week.

    Going over on Fiber is good. If you meal tracked, your Fiber numbers are available from your Food Diary.

    Morning all! Lovely day here, might spend it at the pool, when not watching the world cup of course (rugby, those of you who don't appreciate the best sport in the world...) The exercise challenge is kicking my *kitten* this week, I love it! Was interesting reading up on fibre as well, am going for 20g a day, what do you reckon?

    Update on house points for Saturday 200 House Points :)

    Can someone please look at food diary and tell me if I have the fiber thing right lol am having a blonde moment and still don't understand that challenge.

  • Hello Ravenclaws!

    Not a good weigh-in. Up quite a bit to 281.6, the culprit - birthday dinner and nowhere near enough water. The dinner was sushi so it really wasn't all bad but I'm pretty sure I'm holding on to a bit of water weight because of sodium and just not drinking enough while I've been out.

    I did earn 1 OWL for sugar and I'll give myself 1 OWL for the weigh in because I was really tempted to see what I was yesterday before my birthday but Sunday's are my weigh-in day and that would have been cheating.

    I also earned 20 house points for the House. Not much but it's something!
