Decided to go for another round of kettlebells last night. Then had my class for lower body this morning. Startin to regret the repeat last night. I am super sore in the legs. Wishing someone would carry me up & down the stairs, lift all the babies for me & basically do anything for me that requires bending over. At least I know I worked the muscle. Yoga tomorrow will help hopefully.

Wednesday and Friday I had no training and Thursday was a short, easy workout, in the morning, before traveling. The three days off gave me a chance to recover/rebuild. Today's workouts were at a higher level of intensity but still comfortable. It was worth taking the time off. Everyone have a great week!.0 -
