    Feeling a little down this week... It wasn't the best as far as eating goes. Also weighing in with TOM... so, back to 143. I'm hoping it'll be back down next week. :(

    I am not doing very well since starting this challenge! Grrrrr, right now I am nursing a work related back injury, I hurt my back right before my vacation and have now been back to work on full duty for a week! The dr. said he can scale it back if necessary but I am just working through it! I do ok with pain at work but when I get home I just want to go to bed! I see the dr. again tomorrow so I guess we will see what the next week brings!

    Up again this week, but at least its a TOM week. That usually means it's temporary and I should be back down next week. Not enough water.

    Spent the gorgeous gorgeous day yesterday out at the beach. Aside from the sunburn, a great day.

    It's a 1.2 loss---- wish it was more...like I could blink and be down to my ideal weight! but i know, slow wins.... but THIS is going slower than a turtle with arthritis!!! :laugh:

  • Reflection: I worked so hard all the way up until my vacation in June. I was so proud of myself. A little too proud. I have been out of my routine for weeks now. But I had to stop being hard on myself and allow myself the time off.

    Now I am ready to step it up again. Last week I worked out 3 times! I have not done this since June. This week I have already worked out twice. So I think I have found my stride again. 130 I have my eyes on you!!:devil:
