    I got in 6 points Friday, 3 point Saturday and 8 points for Sunday. My total for week 6 was 45 and that was my highest week. (Yeeaa!) Over the 6 weeks I went from 153.2 to 145.2 a loss of 8 lbs.

    CONGRATULATIONS ALL!!! Thank you all so so much for all of your support & encouragement over the past 7 weeks! Even when I wasn't logging on this thread, seeing your accomplishments on "my home" page via the friends system has been so inspiring!

    I am so happy to look back 7 weeks later & weigh less!

    I've learned a LOT - #1, vacation / change in schedule is not a good thing for me. I really do thrive on structure.

    #2, choosing active vacations can help save you when the eating goes a little more than planned

    #3 I lose more weight when tracking everything on myfitnesspal (shocking!)

    Thank you all so much again - sorry I wasn't super good at tracking our results week by week!

    Hope to keep in touch via "my friends" and see you in future challenges here on MFP!!

    My points for this week were 61.5. I have no idea my total points!. I am ending the challenge at 126.0 lbs. Thank you Amy and everyone for the encouragememt and support!
