    Wow!!! From experience I can tell you that they NEVER comprehend that you have REALLY lost alot of weight til they see you and hug you!!! The exercise kept me sane when my DH went to Afghanistan two of the times! Without it, I'd have been a basket case!

    Thank your hubby for his service for us and thank you especially... (It was the hardest thing I ever had to do), we appreciate the sacrifices you and your kiddos have had to make for us, truly, thank you!

    You look so great! My daughter's dad is also away, for something not as honorable as that. But I, too, am losing weight since that happened but I'm is more of like "In your face" sort of thing :P Keep it up, you're doing awesome!
