Those who stood out in the week 9 numbers that have checked in so far...
suzumichan...................with a loss of 6.1lbs last week!
suzumichan...................with a loss of 2.45% of her total weight over the last week!
suzumichan........................with a loss of 26.9lbs over the last 9 weeks!
smilingmakesyouhappy........with a loss of 12.57% of her total weight over the last 9 weeks!
And congrats to EVERYONE who checked in for losing a combined 32.1lbs this WEEK for a total of 393.2lbs for the challenge so far!

My week's goals:
Don't kill anyone (JK - the universe is out to get me today)
Drink my water
Don't go over my calories on stupid things
Exercise 3 times at least
Focus on fruits and veggies0 -

***So some info about next round***
The next 10 week round will start MONDAY! You will weigh in as you normally do next Monday, and I will use that as both your final weight for this round, and your start weight for next round.
PLEASE try to weigh in before saaaaay 7pm central time to ensure that you are on our final chart!! :flowerforyou:
Be warned that there will probably be a huge influx of new people asking to join on the first week or two like usual. So the group will most likely grow again. But as long as you guys weigh-in on Monday, I'll automatically include you in the next round, unless you tell me otherwise.

I remembered today that I should have posted yesterday. Then I went to post and noticed that I am a whole week behind. UGH. I guess I haven't been losing, so I haven't been posting. Sorry. I was 155.6 today.0

I had a loss of 0.2 yesterday morning! its nit much but its a start back to losing instead of maintaining (like I've been doing the last few weeks!!)
so, onward and downward ladies!!
my goals for this week!!
Keep off the sweet stuff!
Pre-prep as many meals as possible!
Move around more!

Fabulous job ladies!! This is our last week so let's make it a good one. I am 1 lb short of my challenge goal and I'm losing, at least, that this week!!
RACH --- I can't thank you enough for your work and commitment to this challenge - this is my first one but definitely not my last!! ***Another little UPDATE***
Okay it seems as though I've been unintentionally hurting feelings when I move people off the chart. I'm so sorry!!!
From now on, I won't move people off the chart I post until they've gone 3 weeks without checking in.
Here's a little reasoning behind why I do this..... I just put everyone back on the chart that missed either last week or the week before. Just logged them as no change (you'll see the updated chart tomorrow). So currently there are about 85 girls that will be showing on it. I still have an ADDITIONAL 126ish ladies that are down below the chart on the excel sheet that joined and stopped checking in along the way.
I move them down off the one that I post because if I didn't, the chart would be a bajillion miles long and would take me twice as long to organize and post for you all. I don't want to tell anyone no they can't join, but I don't want to keep showing someone on there who hasn't checked in since week 2. Ya know?
So, my apologies! I know you guys are busy, so I'll keep you on up until that third week in a row without updating. But you can update me at ANY POINT and I'll add you right back in. I don't actual 'delete' you. I have all your weigh-ins and everything in my excel file for when you want to jump back in.0 -
So this week wasn't the best for me. I think between working more than usual, sleeping less than usual, and not getting to the gym at all this week has all played a part. I weighed in yesterday morning and was back up to 215 (totally kicking my own *kitten* right now), but I'm really watching my food and am hoping to make it to the gym at least 4/7 days this week. Hoping to have some rockin' weight loss for next week!!!0
