Fabulous job ladies!! This is our last week so let's make it a good one. I am 1 lb short of my challenge goal and I'm losing, at least, that this week!!

RACH --- I can't thank you enough for your work and commitment to this challenge - this is my first one but definitely not my last!! Being accountable and part of the chart has really helped to motivate me and push me along. I also appreciate you transferring me over to the next challenge. YOU ROCK!! :drinker:

    ***Another little UPDATE***

Okay it seems as though I've been unintentionally hurting feelings when I move people off the chart. I'm so sorry!!!

From now on, I won't move people off the chart I post until they've gone 3 weeks without checking in.

Here's a little reasoning behind why I do this..... I just put everyone back on the chart that missed either last week or the week before. Just logged them as no change (you'll see the updated chart tomorrow). So currently there are about 85 girls that will be showing on it. I still have an ADDITIONAL 126ish ladies that are down below the chart on the excel sheet that joined and stopped checking in along the way.

I move them down off the one that I post because if I didn't, the chart would be a bajillion miles long and would take me twice as long to organize and post for you all. I don't want to tell anyone no they can't join, but I don't want to keep showing someone on there who hasn't checked in since week 2. Ya know?

So, my apologies! I know you guys are busy, so I'll keep you on up until that third week in a row without updating. But you can update me at ANY POINT and I'll add you right back in. I don't actual 'delete' you. I have all your weigh-ins and everything in my excel file for when you want to jump back in.

So this week wasn't the best for me. I think between working more than usual, sleeping less than usual, and not getting to the gym at all this week has all played a part. I weighed in yesterday morning and was back up to 215 (totally kicking my own *kitten* right now), but I'm really watching my food and am hoping to make it to the gym at least 4/7 days this week. Hoping to have some rockin' weight loss for next week!!!

This group seems so awesome! How does one go about becoming a part of the Pin-Up Girls? :)

We are starting a new round on Monday. Just send me your weight on 8/1 and then weigh-in with us on Mondays. :flowerforyou:

I'd love to get in on this too! I'll send myself a reminder to weigh in on Monday and send it to you. Yay pinups!

Oh, Rach, you're just the best. Thank you for keeping up with all this. <3

My goal for this week is to bust *kitten* at Ripped in 30. I also want to keep my water intake high.

Vacation time at my mom's led to a large lack of tracking, and I'm trying to get back into it. I'm coming in within 50 or so calories, so I'm hopeful. Of course, I'm also teaching a toddler how to use the potty, so it's a lot of back and forth, treats and play, grab-whatever-is-there type stuff.

I got my Polar FT4 last week. It shows *significantly* different calories burned than the Timex did - it's showing me ~400 calories burned for 40m of HARD WORK, when the Timex would usually give me ~600 for 30m of the same. Interesting. I'm hoping to really see something this week, though I'm doubtful. Today is CD1, I feel like poop-covered-tired, and I really just want to sleep in the morning and NOT work out. That doesn't help, though, so I just plod along and hope.

For what it's worth, I'm operating on a temporary diagnosis (until I see the specialist in Oct) of patellofemoral pain syndrome, and have some ideas how to manage around knee pain. I also have an appointment to have my back ultrasound-ed - I have a lump in my back, between my spine and the right side of my pelvis - to see if this has any bearing on my low back pain, and from there if I can have it removed to hopefully help my progress (it's a LOT easier to move if you're not hurting all the time!). Aside from that... I'm just a world of sunshine. But, I suspect that is the nature of CD1.

I've lost three pounds this ten weeks. I've also lost a pant size, several shirt sizes, and had the chance to wear a *great* new dress I couldn't have pulled off before. I'm calling it a win. ^_^

I am! As long as I dont totally over-do it this weekend and my ankle stops hurting so I can get to the gym a few more times :)

Thanks again, Rach! You are awesome!

Miriam, I had chondromalacia when I was younger which is a lateral tracking of the patella. Pretty painful. The muscles in my outer thighs were pulling my patella off track and causing wearing away of the articular cartilage and pain up the wazoo. I had to go through PT, etc. Every so often it'll start to hurt again and I get back on the exercises and I feel better. I actually started running again almost 15 years after I stopped. I hope that they work things out for you.
