    I would like to join this challenge, can you tell me more about it? I don't have exercise equipment or a gym membership, I usually go walking 60-90 minutes several times per week.

    Everyone remembers the end of the movie right? And didn't he inflate his man pouch. Just sayin.....Weapons of Mass Reduction will flatten that gym and his man pouch. (I'm not touching it though)
