125 down BABY!!!!! I will hit 125 every other time I go to the restroom. It takes me about 2 minutes. I go to the restroom like 8 times a day during my 9 hour shift at work so I should be doing 500

Do we get more points the more sets of 100 that we do?

I am not quite sure if we get more points, I believe so though! Lets WIN

    Water measurement comparison.
Here in the UK we use Millilitres for fluid measurement. A UK cup measurement is bigger than a US one. So as you will be drinking (min) 64oz, in the UK we'll be doing 2 Litres which is slightly more..
...just in case you're wondering what the difference is

The calories burned depend on your weight and the time logged for the exercise.

    3 minutes Jumping Rope
35 Minutes on hardest setting of elliptical (I'm only bragging to myself. I promise you go boy!)
3.2 Mile running Day 1 Week 3 C25K. Not as bad as I thought.

Yeah I was surprised to. I thought for sure it was going to be like 100. Well next time we think about some junk to shove in our face do 100 jumping jacks and remember that's not even 20 calories. So for a 500 calorie desert I would need to do 2500 Jumping Jacks. Now that is some scary stuff right there...>I don't care who you are.

Before I started using my HR Monitor my calories burned - taking readings from the various machines and MFP we well in to the 1000's. I thought the figures were a bit extreme so I didn't eat back all the cals. My HR monitor now shows that I burn considerably less. As for accuracy in any of the kit used, as they're all just really guides, I feel better eating back the cals (or some of them) that my HR monitor shows I've burned. I think I could have seriously been overeating if i'd have been following the machine or MFP calculations. Something to bear in mind I think for those who use the machine and MFP calcs and don't use a monitor.
