    the best weigh to loose wait is too see how fast you can do it. make sure you way yourself every minute to measure the fluxuasians of water. thier are no calories in it. but why does it make you gain weigh?

    Well. Now I am REALLY confused. Because that is when I eat my 500 calories I am allowed on my HCG diet. Exactly at 1:32.

    Its okay taso if you throw it up later it dosent count........

    Re-eat what you've already eaten? As in purge so you can have a warm meal the second time around?
