the best weigh to loose wait is too see how fast you can do it. make sure you way yourself every minute to measure the fluxuasians of water. thier are no calories in it. but why does it make you gain weigh?

Weight a second. I do my exercises in the afternoon/evening. Does that mean that I can't eat my exercise calories? But I thought I'm supposed to eat them. So how am I going to loose wait now?
