Congratulations! And I have to say you are right, you must continue portioning, counting calories and working out. My hubby lost his weight then has resumed some previous bad habits, so he's put at least 20 back on... I keep telling him he needs to get back on track. I'm going to show him your post tomorrow, so he realizes other men in this world do realize the need to keep following this forever.

Lloyd you are truly an inspiration DITTO to all the previous posts. Keep forging ahead and knock out those last 12 lbs it is quite obvious you can do it. i have 122lbs to go to join the onederlanders but thanks to you I know it is possible and if you think about it with a 4 month plataeu you really lost that weight in 11 months. Truly Awesome

Yes...there is a God..acknowledging him and giving him glory for your weightloss and your health is awesome all by itself...we can definitely do all thing through Him who gives us strength. If I read your profile right, it took you about one year to get where you are? I am planning on taking about a year to get to where I want. I also just hit 200, so I have reached a benchmark of my own. Your story is so inspiring. I'm psyched about losing the rest of my weight. I began to wornder if I was reaching to high, as my goal weight is what I weighed 20 years ago. Now I think I'm right. Great success. Congratulations!0
