hello junkies, i know i not been checked in since last thursday....went out of town to visit family & my diet & exercise went to hell!
no excuses....i simply did not make it a priority. i apoligize for not contributing to the team's weekly points.
i did do some extra jj last week, as well as crunches. total was 180 jj & 200 crunches
i will start logging again tomorrow & finish what I started!0 -

Sorry I haven't been logging in much. My schedule has been crazy and I was without internet a few days last week! I enjoyed the August challenge with all you guys this month! I hope everybody met their goal.

I weighed on Sunday 8/28 and was at 178. I weighed for my final weigh in today and was at 176! I lost my 10 pounds. I was hoping for 11, but I'm happy with 10!0 -
