Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Oh sounds good. It will encourage me to do more sessions. Are you using MFP rates our reported rates? All the machines at my gym are way less than the MFP app suggests.0

You can use whichever method you normally use. I have a heart rate monitor I use. Some use machines, others just MFP. It's your challenge, you do what suits you:)0 -
