Last month I beat my goal of 65 by 18 miles. This month I am shooting for 85 miles! Did 3 this morning and ticker is updated.0

My goal is 80 miles this month and I just clicked off the first 4.5 of them (C25K w3r2)0 -
I'm in again! Last month was my first month joining and I didn't make my goal. No excuse, other than I completely fell off the wagon the last 10 or so days of the month:( Anyway, I am aiming for 50 miles this month.

I'm in for 40 miles of running. I just graduated from C25K last week and I'm within a pound of my weight goal as of this morning's official weigh-in, so I could really use a new fitness challenge to keep me motivated.0

For August, my running goal is 75 miles. 100 is a bit too much for me and 75 will still be challenging with school starting...

The sheet has a tab for August, a tab for July and another tab for the overall thread results and stats. You aren't allowed to edit them, but I do my best to keep them updated. I suggest you add a ticker on your signature to make it easier for me to track your results and bookmark the link to the sheet for easy reference.
